About Dr. Joga Ram IAS Plans for Jaipur :-
New Jaipur collector Joga Ram, who took charge on Wednesday evening, took stock of the progress of various flagship programs of the state government and gave directions to the solve the problems coming in the way of implementing the schemes effectively. He replaced Jagroop Singh Yadav who retired.
"We will work on a priority basis to implement the state government's flagship programs and ensure good governance in the district," Joga Ram said.
He asked the officials about the progress in the implementation of various schemes including free drugs and screening scheme, food safety scheme, various pension schemes, aid provided to the silicosis victims, Palanhar scheme, action taken on the applications received on Jan Sampark portal.
Joga Ram, who was Bharatpur collector earlier, assumed charge of Jaipur days after the death of nearly 20,000 birds at Sambhar Lake recently.
Among other IAS officers who were transferred on Tuesday night include Nannumal Pahariya, who was appointed commissioner social justice and empowerment department; Suchi Tyagi was made chief executive officer of state health assurance agency; Himanshu Gupta was appointed director of secondary education department.
